My Team Sucks! posted 198.83, the high score in the league. Dan's Deepball answered with 169.12 and still lost. Tony's Terrific Team won with 103.77, the third-lowest total on the board.
Week 4 is head-to-head. That is the whole cruelty. A lineup can finish third in the league and leave with a loss, and a lineup can finish 12th and leave with a win, and both results are legal. Haters Gonna Hate and GolfNut stayed unbeaten without cracking the week's top four. 4th and INCHES leads the league in points at 622.86 and is only 3-1. Haters are fifth in points. GolfNut is seventh. The punishment was the name on the other side of the card.
The seven games
My Team Sucks! 198.83, Dan's Deepball 169.12

My Team Sucks! did not suck. Tetairoa McMillan scored 37.50, Kenneth Walker III scored 33.10, and Drake Maye scored 28.16. The pre-game number on that lineup was 150.78. It finished at 198.83, first in the league. Dan's Deepball brought a real offense: Bijan Robinson 29.90, Brian Robinson 28.40, Joe Burrow 26.32, Alvin Kamara 20.80, Patrick Mahomes 18.40. Ja'Marr Chase scored 3.80 and Kalif Raymond scored 1.00, and neither of those is why this is a loss. The margin was 29.71. Tre' Harris at 8.10 on the bench does not close that. Dan's finished third in the league and lost to one of the only two clubs that outscored them. Ball Don't Lie's 182.08 is the other. The other eleven teams on the board would have been a win. My Team Sucks! moves to 2-2 with 584.27 points, more than both unbeaten teams.
Haters Gonna Hate 139.23, Dat's It 117.84

Haters Gonna Hate improved to 4-0. Jonathan Taylor scored 24.90, Brock Purdy 21.92, Brock Bowers 18.30, and Ka'imi Fairbairn 17.40. Garrett Wilson scored 3.80. The win was 139.23 to 117.84, seventh-best total in the league. Dat's It started Kyren Williams for 33.20 and Ladd McConkey for 0.00. Romeo Doubs scored 21.50 while benched. Move Doubs into that wide-receiver slot and Dat's It finishes at 139.34. Haters finished at 139.23. That is a win by 0.11, and it is the only benching in the league this week that flips a result. T.J. Hockenson at 18.50 over Isaiah Likely at 9.50 is a real upgrade and still loses. Malachi Fields at 12.60 does not get there either. Haters did not need a masterpiece. Dat's It packed one and left it in the bag. Haters are 4-0 with 580.32 points. Dat's It is 2-2.
Tony's Terrific Team 103.77, Ghost of Twomp 78.85

Tony's Terrific Team won, and the league should be annoyed about the score, not impressed by the process. 103.77 is 12th of 14. Only DGAD and Ghost of Twomp scored less. Twomp started Case Keenum for 0.00, Mike Washington Jr. for 2.40, Courtland Sutton for 1.10, and Kendre Miller for 0.30. Jahmyr Gibbs scored 16.00 and Carnell Tate scored 16.30. The total was 78.85, last in the league, 16.37 under a pre-game 95.22. Tony's got 18.40 from Jake Bates and 15.00 from DK Metcalf, then a pile of ordinary. Marcus Mariota scored 5.94. The win is real. It is also a gift from the week's floor. Tony's moves to 1-3. Twomp stays 1-3 and drops to 431.21 points, the league low.
4th and INCHES 156.53, DGAD 93.97

CeeDee Lamb scored 33.20. Chuba Hubbard scored 29.60. Tee Higgins scored 21.90. Rhamondre Stevenson scored 18.00. 4th and INCHES closed at 156.53, fourth in the league, and moved to 3-1 with 622.86 points, the most in the building. DGAD brought Josh Allen for 19.92 and Will Reichard for 20.00, and Reichard outscored the quarterback. Jaxon Smith-Njigba scored 10.10. Davante Adams scored 5.00. Travis Kelce scored 2.40. Dontayvion Wicks scored 2.90. The Bills defense scored 1.75. The pre-game number was 140.71. The final was 93.97, second-lowest in the league, a miss of 46.74. Brian Thomas Jr. at 8.60 on the bench does not touch a 62.56-point hole. DGAD is 2-2 and still third in the league in points at 591.27. The season points are still alive.
Ball Don't Lie 182.08, Kittle Corn 116.97

Ball Don't Lie posted the second-highest score in the league and made it look routine. Kyle Monangai scored 31.20, Kirk Cousins 24.50, Jared Goff 22.38, Zay Flowers 21.40, Sam LaPorta 18.50. The pre-game number was 135.48. The final was 182.08. Kittle Corn got 17.74 from Tyler Shough and 17.20 from Jaylen Warren, then Dalton Kincaid scored 0.90 and Chris Boswell scored 3.10. The gap was 65.11. Nothing on that bench changes the genre. Ball Don't Lie is 3-1 with 614.20 points, second in the league. Kittle Corn is 1-3.
GolfNut 146.34, EzMoney 125.10

GolfNut stayed 4-0. Javonte Williams scored 30.30, Bryce Young 23.66, Quinshon Judkins 20.30, Lamar Jackson 19.88. Brandin Cooks scored 0.00 and DJ Moore scored 2.40, and the win still arrived, 146.34 to 125.10. EzMoney's best answer was Emanuel Wilson at 26.60. Parker Washington scored 1.20, Jakobi Meyers 4.90, Blake Corum 2.30. The margin was 21.24. No legal bench swap closes it. GolfNut is 4-0 with 519.75 points. EzMoney is 1-3 with 517.62. Three wins apart in the standings, 2.13 points apart on the season. One of those records is a schedule. The other is a warning label.
King James 140.22, BNF 132.48

King James won by 7.74 and Saquon Barkley scored 0.70. Puka Nacua scored 23.50, Malik Nabers 20.40, Dak Prescott 19.80, and Cam Little 14.70. The kicker beat Barkley by 14.00. BNF had the louder skill players and the worse result: Nico Collins 27.70, C.J. Stroud 24.98, Jameis Winston 19.10, Ollie Gordon II 17.90, and Rashee Rice 0.00. Xavier Hutchinson scored 6.20 while benched. Put him in Rice's slot and BNF finishes at 138.68, still 1.54 short. Tyler Allgeier at 12.30 does not fit that wide-receiver slot and does not beat RJ Harvey at 12.30 anyway. Close game. Ugly zero. King James moves to 2-2. BNF is 0-4, and 132.48 was the eighth-best score in the league. The points were fine. The opponent was not.
Standings through Week 4

The table is record first, then total points. Haters and GolfNut are the only 4-0 teams, and neither leads the league in points. 4th and INCHES does, at 622.86. Ball Don't Lie is next at 614.20. DGAD is 2-2 and third in points. My Team Sucks! is 2-2 with more points than both unbeaten clubs. EzMoney is 1-3 and 2.13 points behind GolfNut for the season. BNF is 0-4 with 453.11, more points than Ghost of Twomp at 431.21. Week 1 was all-play. Weeks 2, 3, and 4 were head-to-head. If the seven-team playoff line were drawn tonight, the cut would fall under Dan's Deepball, and King James would be the first team outside it. It is October. That line will move. The points will not forget who already banked them.
Love: McMillan, Walker, and Maye turning 150.78 into 198.83. Also love: Lamb and Hubbard making Reichard's 20.00 the loudest thing DGAD started. Hate: Keenum's zero and a 78.85 that gifted Tony's a win. Also hate: Doubs at 21.50 benched in the only game a benching actually decided. Bold call: Haters and GolfNut will not both be 5-0 after Week 5. One of those records is opponent selection wearing a clean shirt. Week 5 asks the 2-2 pile which of them wants the points to start counting as wins. BNF does not get to skip that question. The answer is a win, not another respectable 132.48.
