The Week 4 waiver table had two bids that looked less like bidding wars and more like one manager setting a price while the rest of the room passed the potatoes. Keenan Allen's head paid **$12 for Brian Robinson**; the only other listed offer was $0 from Ninja Turtles. Wheat Hill Weasels went **$17 for Kalif Raymond**, again with Ninja Turtles at $0 as the only listed challenger.

## The table's bigger checks

Those were the week's two largest winning prices in NorCal-Aussie, but neither claim had a competing dollar bid behind it. That does not prove either player was a bad buy; it does mean the auction itself offered no price pressure. The receipts say what each manager was willing to spend, not what the room agreed the players were worth.

The closer contests came in the middle. Block Party Ray took Kenyon Sadiq for $6, with Shough Me the Money next at $4, then True Quarterback at $1 and Ninja Turtles at $0\. MarShawn Lloyd went for $7 to Block Party Ray over Tuten My Own Horn's $5\. Tuten My Own Horn got Ollie Gordon II for $5, ahead of two $1 offers and one $0 offer. Those are actual races; the winners cleared the next bid by $2, $2, and $4 respectively.

True Quarterback also landed Case Keenum for $1 over Ninja Turtles' $0\. A modest Wednesday spread: one clear price-setter, one close scrum, and several claims where waiver priority was the final place setting.

## The commissioner's rewind button

Tuesday, Sept. 29 came with a bonus review: True Quarterback accidentally dropped Baker Mayfield while trying to move him to IR. The commissioner reversed the transaction; Mayfield was never meant for the waiver wire—the intended destination was IR. Lesson learned: check the destination before hitting confirm. First mistake is forgiven. The courtesy mulligan has been used. Next time, the commissioner may assign a full week of transaction review with a spotter—and the log could be read aloud at the family table, with dramatic pauses.

## Six H2H tables for Week 4

These are early projection estimates, not results; the family-table forecast can change before kickoff.

- **Ninja Turtles (0–3) vs Tuten My Own Horn (2–1):** the estimate gives the winless Turtles a small 147.4-to-142.0 edge. The records say one thing; the forecast says this table could get lively.
- **Baldy (0–3) vs Byrobowl (3–0):** Byrobowl brings the unbeaten record and a 148.3-to-132.9 projection advantage. Baldy needs the first win more than the forecast needs another reminder.
- **Shough Me the Money (3–0) vs Wheat Hill Weasels (2–1):** Wheat Hill has the higher estimate, 150.0 to 143.2, despite trailing in the standings. The Weasels' Kalif Raymond claim gets an early chance to join the conversation.
- **True Quarterback (1–2) vs Sunday Best Phong (2–1):** Sunday Best is favored 143.6 to 117.1 in the early view. That is a sturdy cushion, but it is still only a forecast.
- **Lathrop Raptors (2–1) vs Block Party Ray (1–2):** the estimate leans Lathrop, 136.7 to 110.0\. Block Party Ray's waiver work is already in; now the rest of the lineup has to bring the casserole.
- **RedPanda (1–2) vs Keenan Allen's head (1–2):** Keenan Allen's head has the largest early edge on this slate, 152.5 to 129.2\. RedPanda can still turn a paper favorite into a very long Sunday afternoon.

The bids are settled, the matchups are set, and there is still time for the forecast to be wrong in a very entertaining way.
